I opened TextBooks and Research paper for Chapter 4, in order you can see the subjects of this last chapter. Of course, you may also choose among those subjects your article, such as micro RNAs, global alternative splicing and transcripts isoforms, global regulation of mRNA stability, etc. 

Please, for those of you who decide to CHANGE their proposal, please cancel also the comments and scores for the previous proposal, so that I can understand that the new proposal needs evaluation.
