I inserted a file with the tentative calendar of your reports. As you can see there are several problems, first of all that May 13 is not free! it was inserted due to a problem to neurobiology students, who have an engagement with their Visiting Professor.  May 13 in addition has only two hours, no way to insert more. 

Therefore please people who has reserved taht date move quickly to other dates available, or communicate with other students to find arrangements. I also extended the time of May 9 to accomodate further talks.
