Dear Students, 

as I told you this morning there are 3 "Textbook" reviews  for Chapter 3. 

1. Lambert 2018 is a review centered on Transcription Factors and is the subject we are discussing now. 

2. Heinz 2016 concerns Enhancers cell specificity and states and is the subject we will discuss in the next two lessons. 

3. Haberle 2016 details classes of promoters and will be the subject of lessons 3.4/3.5

Integrative information is in your first textbook Levine 2014 (Ch. Introduction). 

The Research Paper for this Chapter is an article by Henriques et al.  showing widespread transcription at Enhancers and how they may be similar to promoters. We will discuss it at the end of this Chapter (Lesson 3.6). 

You are strongly encouraged to read review and articles before the lessons in order to be set for full understanding.
