Please find attached the sequences of the different NRG1 domains. I kindly ask you to verify if your domain sequences are correct. If you included also the 5'UTR your numbers will be different, but the sequence should be the same.  I also included Annhyb pictures, to show you how you can organize domain information with this tool.  In the exercize I was asking the length of the EGF-like sequence, not the sequence, don't worry if you included the sequence!
